City Hall Reception at Copenhagen City Hall on Monday, 27 Monday at hrs. 18:00 (6.00 PM)
The municipal council of Copenhagen will host this evening where the famous City Hall Pancakes will be served in the magnificent ceremonial hall.
The attendance is included the conference fee and you will be able to register during the online registration.
The Copenhagen City Hall is the headquarters of the municipal council as well as the Lord mayor of the Copenhagen Municipality. The building is situated on City Hall Square in central Copenhagen.
The current building was inaugurated in 1905. It was designed by the architect Martin Nyrop in the National Romantic style but with inspiration from the Siena City Hall. It is dominated by its richly ornamented front, the gilded statue of Absalon just above the balcony and the tall, slim clock tower. The latter is at 105.6 metres one of the tallest buildings in the generally low city of Copenhagen.
After the reception the attendees can continue on their own and dine at one of the many restaurants located around the City Hall or in the tendy Vesterbro located just few blocks away.
Confererence Dinner at Scandic Copenhagen Hotel on Wednesday, 29 May at hrs. 19:00 - 23:00 (7.00 PM - 11.00 PM)
This evening is dedicate to network with old friends and to meet new friends from all over the world. You will start the evening with a welcome drink and then have a delicious 3 course menu served prepared from local ingredients. The menu will be followed by wine, beer or soft drinks as well as coffee/tea will be served.
The price for the this evening is EUR 55 per person and can be ordered during the online registration.
